I have now had the pleasure of working with this couple through two major milestones- first, their wedding day, and now their first family pictures with their adorable little boy. I love that! Sometimes, you’ve just gotta cry it out.

Chris & Laura’s Storybook Wedding {tulsa photographers}

www.StorybookWeddings.org Remember Chris & Laura? You might have just seen them in a recent post about their Storybook engagement session, or maybe the last post about Laura’s bridals. I’ve definitely had the chance to get to know this couple over the last month, and yet again, they prove that Storybook brides are the best! I’ve decided not to embarress myself with the details of the fiasco of getting to Laura’s wedding, which may or may not include a desperate moment of using my teeth to open a gas can.

Fast forward: Laura & Chris chose to see each other before the ceremony in order to get the pictures out of the way. I’m a big fan of this, as it seems to set an easy going tone for the remainder of the wedding day. The ceremony was beautiful; they chose Dresser Mansion for the occasion, you can’t go wrong there! Here are a few favorites from the day:

www.StorybookWeddings.org Megan chose Dresser Mansion for her bridal session, and I. LOVE. IT! The natural light that comes in through the windows and the bold colors painted around the doorways and the blue tile floor….AAHHH!! So gorgeous! Megan- excellent choice! Megan & Jeff got married this past weekend (blog post coming soon!) so it’s safe for me to post a few from her session.

Ryan & Heather’s Storybook Wedding at Dresser Mansion {tulsa photographers}

www.StorybookWeddings.org It’s really late, and I tend to not make much sense when I blog late at night, but I know Heather can barely wait for a sneak peek (and neither can I), so here we go! First of all, I have to say that even though my time with them has been brief, I genuinely have enjoyed getting to know them, both during their engagement session and on their wedding day. And what an absolutely, positively GORGEOUS wedding it was! Heather was so calm and okay with the little things that didn’t work out, and Ryan & his entourage were having the time of their lives! Jason & I were lucky to represent Storybook and be there to capture the memories of such a meaningful day!
