Patty had such a beautiful birthday celebration at the Silo, put on by her family who quite clearly thinks the world of her! They put so much thought and work into every detail of this party. Watching Patty interact with her friends and family, I could see clearly that she was proud of all the people in her life. I hope that I have that many meaningful relationships when I’m Patty’s age!
The Silo looked so nice! The birthday girl herself! An excellent birthday party decoration idea that I fully intend on swiping!Birthday message tree, what a great idea!

The whole family headed for Buffalo and had a full 3 days of celebrations, and we ended the weekend with a big party at The Red Coach Inn overlooking Niagara Falls. It was such a very special evening, I can imagine that my grandfather must have felt both very honored and celebrated.
My grandmother told some great stories! I love hearing her stories.
Not sure what to say when I look at this picture. I just know it makes me feel proud.
Noah’s special birthday party shirt, perfect for his great-grandpa’s party!
I love seeing him laugh. I wonder how many times a person laughs in 90 years?
If you knew him, you’d know that ice cream candles are extremely fitting for such an occasion.

I remember Hunter when he was just a few days old, and I haven’t missed a birthday party yet! Usually in my blog posts I’ll give a good cross-section of the event, but this time I’m just really stuck on this particular progression of Hunter and his birthday cake. I love to see the progression from anticipation to excitement to complete frustration to mommy-to-the-rescue to candle domination!
